Me and my boyfriend recently bought our first home together in the neighborhood next to the one he grew up in. I thought it would be great it was my dream 1st house, 3 bdrm, 2 bath, big yard, swimming pool, not too bad for a poor girl from the wrong side of town. It is near our families (but not too close) and our good friends live on our street. Bliss right? WRONG! Our next door neighbor came over the day we were moving in and informed us that our land was surveyed incorrectly and that she owned most of our property and planned to let us know it. No welcome basket and warm hello to say the least. She has continued to harrass us weekly if not daily even coming to our front door screaming at us to stop cutting our lawn which she claims is her's! We got an attorney and are working on getting a new survey but according to her our deed is wrong, though she has no actual proof to that and we are crazy. I am not giving up my land unless she has the proof it is her's but she is making my life a living hell. It was 90+ degrees here all summer but we haven't used our pool for fear of being harassed while on the property she even agrees is ours. I have never hated anyone I didn't really know so much. I don't even like to go on our deck or in our yard because it's not worth hearing her mouth. I am a prisoner in my own home. The sad thing is we don't even go on the grass she claims is hers and were working it out with our attorney. Why does she insist on verbally harassing us every time we see her! Sorry to vent but I had to get it out. I can't take much more of this. So much for the american dream of owning your first home....
Ive lived in my house 19 years thought this was going to be my last one before retirment but my lovely neighbours have put that to bed they moved in about 7 years ago the litle darlings where only young so never gave them a thought how wrong was i !!!! there favourite game is football now i no you will be all saying football whats wrong with that well they have broke many things in my garden to many to name they are always climbing the fence i payed a £1000 for this fence cos they broke the last one but this is going through it at the moment ,would love to grow my own veg etc but the many balls that come in the garden at full pelt just breaks everything down yesterday i have 6 in in the space of half hour i have tried keeping the balls but the police came and said it was theft if i gave them back then nothing else would get said so i then tried chucking them back some flat some ok that hasnt worked ive tried shouting at them talking calm with them explaining to them but nothing.You may say have a word with there parents well mother is scared stiff of them and the father only says its just football when i asked them to pay for the stuff that is broken he just laughs and walks away they now have a trampoline which has been put next to the fence and the new favourite game is shut windows while kicking ball on trampoline had visions of my windows going through.When my kids are in the garden nothing ever goes over the fence they would get into trouble.the thing that annoys me most our back gardens back onto a field with goal posts they even have a hole in there fence onto this field where they could kick the ball as hard and as long as they want but only do this in there garden.my sisters little 3 year old was playing in the garden last week ball came with such force it knocked her over they just ran in the house laughing .why does it not sound so bad now but its driving me mad ive even started to not sleep because of it
